Our Services

We provide different service levels depending on your goals.

Basic

You know precisely what you want. You’ll pick out all materials and finishes and coordinate with the agencies and the contractor. The drawings for the permit will be minimal, as needed. The client typically handles monitoring the construction process.

Intermediate

This is our typical service level. We will work closely with you on all decisions and document them in the drawing package given to the contractor. During construction, we will visit the job site and be available to answer questions, review shop drawings/submittals, and prepare supplemental drawings as needed.

Advance

This is required for a highly custom, highly detailed project. There will be additional consultants on board with whom we will coordinate closely. During construction, we may have weekly meetings and spend more time monitoring and assisting the contractor.

What do we do?

There is a difference between a draftsman and an Architect. Our experience as Architects is extensive, and we’ve been tested to prove that experience and knowledge base. We prepare our service deliverables, the drawings and specifications for the project, knowing that those become part of the contract between you, the owner, and the contractor.
