A renovation/restoration and addition to a 1920s hillside home

The scope of work included:

• Entry with new doors,. porch roof, trellises, and patio

• New garage with space and height for two car lifts and 6 cars total

• Roof top patio above the garage with access to house and exterior stairs

• Renovation to an existing roof top patio with new access

• New Kitchen addition with new exterior balcony and BBQ

• Renovation throughout including new formal Music/Video area, informal theater, baths, au-pair quarters, new windows, doors, finishes.
